Archivo 21 records institutional participation and project contribution in separate scopes, while preserving the real collaboration that connects them.

Collaboration is not ordinary tool use

A tool does not become a collaborator merely by formatting a document, correcting spelling, storing files or executing an instruction. Contributor credit records participation that materially shaped ideas, methods, criticism, structure or decisions and was deliberately reviewed or adopted.

Sources are also not collaborators merely because they inform the work. Episodes, manuals, websites, archive captures and research materials should be cited according to their evidential role and rights status.

Separate scopes, honest cross-references

The same two participants are founding contributors to ANHQV-TS2 under the project identifiers ANHQV-HUM-001 and ANHQV-AI-001. These are specific identity cross-references, not a numerical mapping rule. Later institutional and project sequences may diverge completely.

ANHQV-TS2 originated through lcd97’s initiative and direction and developed from its early stages through sustained collaboration with Archivo 21. Both facts belong in the project record without making that record the institution’s participation register.
